You should have the book for your truck the capacities for that and other fluids are in it or ask the parts guy where you bought the oil also the book gives you torque and sealer gasket info
It is very unusual for oil to run from a water pump, but you can get a leak from the grease that lubricates the bearing. If you do have what looks like oil or grease, you probably need a new pump.
Im guessing you need to replace the gear on the camshaft position sensor! it also drives the oil pump. its a common failure its made of plastic or fiber. im sure you also have a camshaft position sensor code. replace that gear and hopefully your motor is ok! good luck!
If you have not done your own repairs before, I highly recommend buying either a Haynes (1st choice) or Chilton's service manual for your car.
Either of these cost ~$20-$30 and will definitely pay for themselves quickly.

if you had an oil change and oil got into the frame the fan could be blowing that back on the engine and that is what could be causing this smoke also check out the drive belt
