you have a bad gound you need to replace both lighters you should be able to get them from auto zone

Fuse panel is located behind the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. There is also a fuse panel located on the left side of the engine compartment. Fuses #25 and #27 on the interior fuse panel are both associated with the turn signals.
