I'm leaking transmission fluid but it seems to be coming from the front of my truck. I drive a 2001 Silverado. Anything to do with the radiator?
There is a transmission fluid cooler built into the radiator of your truck, which means there are steel lines that run from the side of your transmission up to the radiator, on the passenger side of the truck. the lines are a common leak point due to corrosion. depending on where the leak is, the lines can sometimes be patched, but they sometimes need to be replaced (or fabricated). good luck!
