AC has a New AC Compressor, plenty of Freon -it works but, only Hot Air blows through the vents ??? Is this the vaccum hose or the Heater Control Valve?

Check the heater control valve. And verify if there's hot air w/o A/C (fresh air with heat setting to cold)

Air conditioner blowing hot air

Blowing hot air when set to A/C is almost always a stuck blend door, dead blend door actuator, or a cracked or disconnected blend door actuator vacuum line. The blend door is inside the a/c ducting under the dash, but the actuator will be accessible outside the ducting.

Just bought Lincoln LS 2000 Problem: with AC on

I had the same problem and replaced the dual coolant control valve . The part was around $200.00
on line. Make sure you label the hoses-- hard to get out. I am not geared with all the bells and whistles for auto work it took me about six hours. I have read on line that some people clean the valve and reinstall it.
I took the car to three mechanics and they tried telling me it was a blend door motor . These motors rarely go bad. MY AC works fine now. Good Luck

2005 Lincoln LS. It blows extremely hot air all the time, and is unresponsive to temperature inputs from either side of the car. It always blows hot air.

There is a very good chance the Dual Coolant Control Valve has failed. This is located at the botton right side of the engine fan shroud and has 3 heater hoses connected to it. This valve controls heater or AC temperature inside the car.

My 2005 Lincoln LS V6 has a message that says srvc P

The message means the electric park brake needs serviced. In this case I feel that considering the ac problem, the Coolant Control Valve is defective. The valve can create RF interference that messes with the electronics of the park brake system. The Coolant Control Valve is located at the right side bottom of the radiator fan shroud and has 3 heater hoses connected to it.

Lincoln lse 2005 ac blowing hot air on left side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your LS is blowing hot air on one side of the dash and cold on the other the problem most likely is the Dual Coolant Control Valve. The DCCV is used to control cabin temperature. This valve is mounted down low on the passenger side of the radiator fan shroud, and has 3 coolant hoses connected to it. This valve if found to be faulty will need to be replaced to correct the condition.

I HAVE A 2004 LINCOLN LS V8 NO AC BLOWS HOT AIR ONLY AC HAS REFRIG.

I recently had the same problem with my ls. I had to remove the drivers side front tire and behind the tire arm there is the low connector valve that is attached to the compressor- take off the tiny cap and connect the can of refrigerant. Kragen has cans with the valve attached- just follow directions- My air works perfectly now- and it cost under $25 to repair it!
