The horn on my 96 dodge ram does not work. Can't locate fuse or relay.

try the horn itself directly off the hot wire of the battery.. if it blows its a relay or fuse or switch..

the relay is probably under hood on driver side fuse panel.most dodge has a template on underside of cover

its not a relay its a fuse its in your fuse box inside vehicle are your fuses marked on back side of cover should say what there for happy holidays

my horn fuse keeps blowing and I cant find the horn either!

Horn is located under vehicle on the front side of the vehicle between fender and front bumper.

its possible the horn itself burned out after being on for so long.

an easy way is to switch relay with one that you know is good. aslong as the numbers are the same it can be switched. most all the relays in your dodge ram are the same.
