Pump the tank dry of the fuel using the electric fuel pump, just jump the fuel pump relay to get the pump to run and remove the supply line to the injectors and attach a hose. Use extreme caution around gasoline, no sparks, ground the container to the truck.

usually its a short in the wiring some where so if you know how to use a multimeter to check the wire harness of each signal to see if its getting any current to them first while you have the blinkers turned on but be careful when you do this of course. You also should check the fuses as well to see if any or all are blowned which would mean short too.
check the bulbs and sockets they plug into then i would check any ground wires going to or coming from the turn signals i would also check the turn signal switch for any broken parts the hazard flasher is also the same flasher that runs the turn signals so there pretty cheap.
replace the IDLE AIR CONTROL , samething happen to me ...i clean mine at first and it worked for awhile but had to replace it after a couple of months.its on the back side of the throttle body helled on by 2 small bolts
