I have a 2005 ram 1500 4x4.when i put it four wheel drive high it feels like its in low and back tire on driver side skids

There's something seriously wrong in the transfer case or controls. It seems the rear driveshaft is locked up, and the front wheels are driving. The driver's side rear tire is skidding because it's trying to turn backward - rear passenger rear tire is going forward and rear differential has no option but to turn the driver tire in reverse (driveshaft locked). DON'T TRY TO DRIVE IT. Get it checked out and fixed.

Transmission

Your problem is a bad CV axle and outer carrier bearing failure. The grinding is coming from brake rotor on that side due to the bearing failure. the brake rotor and bearing is causing the lock down. Do not attempt to drive or further damage will occur. Transmission is probably OK. Replace both sides (CV axels and Carrier bearings, 150,000 is time) Check brake components for damage and replace pads while you are there.

I have a creaking noise coming from the front driver side when making turns at low speed. Also, the front driver side tire is wearing off on the inside. Kim

the tie road end + rack end is the main proplem for making your tire wearing off
the noisy at slow speed coming from tire
you can check that by make the tire free by putting the car on the lift then you catch the tire from side and try to move it (in-out) if its move that mean you need to change even tie road end or rack end or both

2002 neon rear driver's tire is locked and won't move

sounds like the parking brake cable is stuck on the side, the first step, and the easiest step it to locate the cable behind the tire and really spray it with "WD-40" or "PB Blaster". That is to see if the cable can become free. If that doen't work, than you have to manualy de-adjust the brakes, ny locating a small rubber plug, rectangular in shape and using a brake adjusting tool, (availabel at most auto part stores) to "turn back" the adjusting screww inside the drum.
