I need the fuse panel diagram for my 2005 ford taurus i lost the owners manual

Check Fuses and Relays, but this has a GEM (general electronics module). You may need and auto-electrician as nothing covers brake lights, but that may be a fault with the brake light switch.

Look in your owner manual for the fuse panel diagram which will show you which fuse to change.

the diagram is on the lid of the box and in the owners manual if no manual try one online from www.edmonds.com
