What means brake failure stop asap ... and all lights on control panel illuminates.. is itat fault electricity or brrake system?

No electrical system failure due to replacing a brake light. If the brake lights were not coming on, you may want to check your brake pedal switch. If the switch does not make properly, then the brake lights will not illuminate, and the transmission interlock may prevent the transmission from going into park, which locks the ignition cylinder (sometimes), but check that first.

You will need to get it cleared with a scan tool and see if it happens again. It could be an electrical fault

The light being on means the system has detected a problem in one or more sensors. The vibration is the ABS modulating the brakes to prevent skidding because it has detected a wheel that is locked up. That wheel is most likely the one sensor that is giving you the error.

WHEN SERVICE ELEC SYSTEM IS FLASHING. PLEASE CHECK FOLLOWING:-

1. Check for a voltage drop to the Power Train Control Module (PCM) and Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) when the problem is happening.

The IPC illuminates the SERVICE ELECTRICAL SYS -- 106 message in the DIC when one of the following conditions exist:

• The Dash Integration Module (DIM) detects a malfunction that is related to the ignition switch.

The IPC receives a class 2 message requesting illumination from the DIM.

• There is a Powertrain related code present.

The IPC receives a class 2 message requesting illumination from the PCM.

Conditions for Setting the DTC P1574
A 2.5 mph or greater decrease in non-drive wheel speed in 0.4 second and extended travel brake switch or TCC brake switch indicating brakes applied and no transition noticed in the stop lamp contacts of the stop lamp switch.
ALSO CHECK FOR FAULT CODES IN THE OBD.

Abs light will not effect your emissions and will not fail your emission test either.

this means there is a problem in the brake system of the car and u should seek service from a dealer or qualified brake shop. here is a copied section of your owners manual about the light.

Brake system warning
Momentarily illuminates when the
ignition is turned to the RUN
position to ensure the circuit is
functional. Also illuminates if the
parking brake is engaged. If the
brake warning lamp does not illuminate at these times, or remains on
after releasing the parking brake, seek service immediately.
One of the following conditions may exist:
² low brake fluid level in the reservoir.
² Brake force distribution system failure. The ABS light will also
illuminate if this condition is present.

I have had the same problem with my car for 3 months now. It is the ABS module that needs to be replaces. Ignore the stop ASAP light the brakes will still function as standard brakes. You just don't have ABS brake functionality or STC when those lights are on. Your car should still drive fine. Go on line and order a rebuilt ABS module for about $200 and the problem is solved. Your ABS light means you have a SERIOUS problem in your braking system!! Get that checked out ASAP!! you could be facing complete braking failure! seat belts are a separate issue completely. ABS means ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM.
