Question about Volvo S70
May be a problem with the Lambda Sensor(O2) and or the IAC Motor, many times the air/fuel mix is offset too lean or too rich by the Idle Air Control Valve which gets stuck and carboned up not allowing the pintle to move on/off its seat to allow ther proper mixture of fuel and air through it for a lean or richer burn, that P0181 code you are getting is clasified as a Fuel Temperature Sensor A Ckt Range/Performance.
Which can be set having a defective IAC motor and or Lambda Sensor which meters the fuel mixture in the exhaust pipe before entering the catalyctic converter.
If you are not savvy on the computer systems especially on these vehicles it may pay to have them estimated for repair by the dealership. defect.

Code 1081 = Immobilizer Communication, No Communication.
Clear code and see if it returns.
If Intermittent Fault:
The engine control module (ECM) has previously detected a fault in the communication between the immobilizer and engine control module (ECM).
Hint: This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the car is left standing with the ignition on for too long. The ECM then requires a new approval code from the immobilizer. When the engine is next started, the immobilizer will be in the diagnostic mode. The immobilizer goes into the diagnostic mode if there has been diagnostic communication between the immobilizer control module and the engine control module and the engine is started without the ignition being switched off first.
Visually check the immobilizer terminals and connections.
Check the signal cable between engine control module terminal #B22 and immobilizer terminal #4 for an intermittent open-circuit.
Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground.
Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage.

I had code p 1081 after when would eng crank but no start. But evantually start.
Now car is cranking but not starting at all. No codes shows error after scanning....

HI. The code(P1081) is in reference to an Immobilizer Communication Failure. The possible causes are as follows:
A. Ignition has been switched on and off more than 3 times while driving
B. Incorrect key used for starting the engine.
C. Open circuit in signal cable at the module
D. Defective engine immobilizer control module
E. Defective ECM
