Sound like your fuel pump quit working. That is what makes the buzzing sound from the back. Sometime if you have someone that can help you you can bang on the gas tank while turning it over to get it started to get it home.
Do the ignition lights go out when you try to turn it over? if so it sounds like a flat battery if not sounds like a starter motor problem, try a bump start - pushing it with a driver in it selecting second gear and lifting you foot of the clutch once pushed at speed
sounds like your diff has exploded in your gearbox there for not allowing the starter to turn the flywheel id advise you to take it to your local garage and get them to look but sounds very serious.
try and listen where the fizzing sound is coming from. go to the fuse box where the relays are.put your hand on the relays when the key is turned and identify the one making the noise. sounds like the start relay is faulty. needs changing. hope this helps.
Does it have a distributor??? If it does, take it off and spary the inside of the cap with WD-40. It sounds like you have moisture built up in the cap from just sitting there. You might also need to put a battry charger on the battery to bring it back up to fully charged. Cold weather sometimes play a tole on cars sitting around, especially Batterys.
SOUNDS ASIF FUEL PUMP OR PUMP FUSE IS FAULTY CHECK FUSE FIRST THEN LISTEN FOR HUMMING SOUND WHEN KEY IS TURNED ON IF NO SOUND PUMP MOST LIKELY CAULPRIT.
