I can not use my power door lock(no power) when i turn off ign key on 2004 lexus rx330

It is likely to be the fuel sender unit that supplies data to the gauge. It is located inside the fuel tank.

lock the doors (turn forward twice) then unlocked the doors(turn back twice).

Some cars from these company's have security device on the gas doors. Some cars have to have both front doors unlocked before the gas door will open and some cars have a panel in the trunk with a rope or a lever behind them

The things that hold it up the springs ain't locking in place

Depends where the guy put it the last time you changed the tires...usually in the back compartments

If you are referring to the mag wheel puzzle lock, storage is an optional location. The RX300 has a number of storage pockets, so check the spare tire area and tool kit, then the rear storage side pockets, glove box, console sliding drawer at bottom of console and your map pockets on the doors. If the puzzle key is missing , go to the dealership. They will have a matching master set and can order a replacement after identifying yours.

ok try this, turn the ign on but dont start the vehicle, press and hold the unlock door lock button, the door locks will lock and unlock twice, then let go press and hold the lock botton on your key fob, the door locks should lock and unlock, turn the ign. off and on off again, that should do it.

first thing you should do is try to have a shop open the door with a beak in kit. if they can't get the door open this way the door trim panel will have to be pryed off. it is difficult to do with the door closed but it can be done. the trim pane will probably be ruined during removal. once the trim panel is removed the door latch can be released from the inside.

I got key shell for cheap on e-bay, replaced the chip from broken shell and locksmith cut me the key from original. Works great for total around $35

This is how you do it make sure the trip has the odometer showing, not the Trip A or B. 
Reset the system by the following procedure: 
1. Turn the ignition key to the “LOCK” position with the 
odometer reading shown. 
2. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position while holding down the “ODO/TRIP” button. Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates “000000” and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing. 

I have used this in every RX330 i have ever done. will not work if trip a or b is showing though
