SOURCE: radiator flush
The drain plug should be located on the drivers side on bottom of radiator. Should be a flat tab that you can use to unscrew it. Or the faster/messier way of doing it, is to pull of lower radiator hose. Alot faster but alot harder to catch coolant to reuse.

Go to your local auto parts store and buy a Chilton or a Haynes repair manual for your vehicle. It costs about $20. In it you will find the flush procedure as well as other useful information.
