at rear of engine ,flywheel 5mm allen key or 10mm socket

do you see dash lights and headlights on when your ignition switch is on position if no check battery volts should be 12.5 volts.if not battery dead have battery checked out get it charged up.if battery dont charge up. it has a dead cell, if battery could be charged up,more likely alternator could be faulty causing dead battery. .

Check Mercedes forums how to synchronize windows etc after battery replacement. Common for MB cars but different procedures on different models.

Check to see if the battery cables are not dirty, if so clean them, also test for 12.5 static DC Volts at the battery, make sure your security system is armed properly, make sure no lights remain on with the car turned off....brake light stuck on etc.

If you have a auto-zone parts store they can check it for free.

Check battery while charging if voltage more then 15 volts bad battery, replace it .Good luck
