Hello and welcome. this noise is normally caused by a noisey steering I-shaft. there is a steering shaft that goes in between the steering column and the steering gear. this shaft has a slip joint that becomes noisey. all you need to do is lube the i-shaft with some special lube and you will be good to go
You should be able to fill the resevoir and turn the steering wheel back and forth until the noise becomes quiet. If it fails to bleed, stays noisey, or becomes frothy(highly airated), the pump is likely faulty.

when you take the steering wheel off the is a abs sensor ring (round) if this is damaged the horn will not work cheers
1 take air bag out
2 take bolt of for the steering wheel
3the sensor will be underneath the steering so pull off that aswel as the steering wheel
4replace the rounds plastic ring(the horn also conects to it
