please check below the rear seat you can see small plastic cover have fitted near seat it's same color of your interior carefully remove that plastic covers without braking locks then you can see bolt for remove rear seat cushion remove bolts and slide the cushion towards front.
You will need to remove the rear seats to access the hole just above the shock.
Remove the bottom seat cushion first, then find the small bolts that hold the upper seat to the frame. Once removed, you will see access to the top of the shocks (might have a plastic covering the hole).
You will most likely find that the widow regulator is faulty and needs replacing or the limit switch inside the door is faulty and will need to be replaced. I had the same problem on a 1993 500SEL on 2 rear windows but 2 new regulators and drilling out the limit switch rivets and replacing them with new switches sorted out the problem
