If you mean the evaporator hose for the air conditioner .. then observe under the hood .. you will see two pipes coming from inside the car side by side .. one is large and one is small .. the evaporator is the thing inside your heater compartment that cools the air for air conditioning .. the hoses could be called the "evaporator hoses" . the large hose is the "low pressure" side and is where the refrigerant comes out of the evaporator .. the smaller hose is the high pressure side and thats where fluid under high pressure enters the evaporator
now there is also an evaporitive emission control system on your car .. thats where gas fumes that evaporate inside the gas tank are collected in a charcoal cannister temporarily .. when the car is running those fumes are drawn into the engine and burned along with the fuel ... there is a hose that comes from the gas tank to the cannister and you could call that an evaporation collection hose ..
