The radiator fan is controlled by the computer which uses the signal from the engine coolant temp sensor.

A bad head gasket can cause overheating. Have you noticed a loss of coolant? If you take your radiator cap and then start your car you can watch for bubbles. Be careful not to burn yourself while doing this. If you see bubbles well then that means that exhaust gasses are getting in somewhere and yes that would cause the overheating issue. I'm a firm believer in using only OEM thermostats. Does your car have an electric fan? If so there is a switch that turns it on at a certain temperature that may be failing. You say that you replaced the radiator. How about the hoses? You say that you replaced the temp sensor. There are usually two of them, one for the gauge and one for the ecm. I'm assuming that your car has AC and has a condenser. If it does, how does the condenser look? If it is damaged or dirty it could be abstructing airflow and not letting enough in for the radiator. Hope some if this helps.

The radiator fan has a short in it,and it is going out,replace the fan motor.

try checking fan motor to see if is good take it of and use battery to make them work if that dont help motor is bad

You need to replace the ambient air temp sensor located on the radiator support in front of the radiator.

For access to the radiator, firsth you need remove or disconnect the following:
Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Upper radiator hose . Upper radiator closure panels. Radiator fan assembly . Radiator fan electrical connector.

On my 1999 it is located near fan has 2 wires almost looks like a o2 sensor

have you checked coolant tempeture sensor for the fan or its relay or the cooling fan itself to make sure its not burnt out and the fuse.

The fan could just be dead. To test the fan apply 12 volts DC directly to the correct wires of the fan. I just replaced a dead fan in a PT Criuser.
