Horn is located under vehicle on the front side of the vehicle between fender and front bumper.
It is located on the throttle body...usually back side. The diagram can usually be looked at from your local Auto Zone or Advance auto dealer. They sometimes have books that are already opened or will show you on the computer. The other place that this can be obtained is at the library. Good luck.

The water pump is driven by the timing belt. If its leaking replace it NOW. If the pump locks up, the timing belt will break and your valves will bent. and then the car will not be worth fixing. Replace the pump, belt and the tensioner. Dodge may have a redesigned tensioner and cover, buy all parts from the dealer.
the water pump is behind the timing chain cover. if so replace it ASAP. if you keep driving it, and the water pump locks up, it will wipe out the timing belt, and your engine will be trashed, bent valves. replace the water pump, tensioner, and belt, Chrysler has an updated cover and tensioner kit, use it.
Hello mark_mack...The Neons water pumpis an internal part which is powered by the timing belt. For installation all the accessories, belts, timing cover and motor mount has to be removed. Then the serpentine belt, the lower crank pulley has to be removed. The water pump is behind it and can be replaced in five minutes...just takes awhile to get to it. I would not recommennd doing this job without the knowledge and proper tools. Note: this would be a good time to replace the timing belt as well, since you already have it removed. Good luck..i hope this helps..please rate me a fixya.
