Yes. you want to make sure your lug pattern is the same for your new wheels as it is for your factory wheels. people have put wheels up to 20 inches on your C-Class Mercedes.

2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class. Help please! My tire blew on my 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK class 320. I put a random spare tire on it & I can't get it off. Any advice will help.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to sub category.

How 'random' is the random spare tire? They come with a spare tyre.

Undo the nuts with a wheel spider, or put a pipe on the supplied wheel wrench. Hit the wheel from behind with a big hammer, or a 2 x 4 end on.

Can I put 235/60R16 on 2008 chevy uplander

The stock wheel and tire is ;
wheel - 17 x 6.5 inches
TIRE - 225 60 17 702 mm diameter

If you wanted a 235 60 17 that would be ok but the tire diameter is larger by a small margin.

If you are reducing wheel size with 16 inch wheels in order to fit the 16 inch tires mentioned in your question you better make sure that the smaller diameter wheel will clear the brakes front and rear.

For a 235 tire the wheel width will need to be 6.5 inches minimum.

So if you go with ...............
wheel- 16 x 6.5 or 16 x 7 inch
TIRE - 235 60 16(as in your question)- 688 mm diameter

Provided the 16 inch wheel clears the brakes that would be OK but that tire is slightly smaller in diameter than stock but within an acceptable margin.

Make sure whatever tire you select that the tire load rating is not less than the stock tire and not less than the tire load rating stipulated by General Motors for that vehicle..

Why does my 2002 mercedes clk right front shudder at 65-75 mph? Had new michelin tires put on

90% of the time, these problems are tire related. You should also check the: wheel alignment, Rotors, wheel bearing, brake pads, shafts and bushing. Hope it'll help you.

As long as it is the same size and diameter, remember all brands vary somewhat, one inch diff is ok in diameter Always use the odd tire in the rear, never on the front.

Under the front of the car on the engine compartment should be nuts that you can remove to remove the cover.

Will 17inch wheel and tire fit a 1995 c class?

Yes but offset is what you need to be careful of. Too much and it will touch while turning and hitting bumps. Tire rack has most of that figured out .

Changing of the tire size

changing to a deeper profile will alter the rolling circumferance of the wheel thereby altering your speedo reading, you could try 215/35/17 they will fit but at a very serious cost.......

It shakes as though it had a flat tire at low speeds...its fine the freeway.

Does your steering wheel wobble at parking lot speeds, or your ****. If either, you have a bad tire, have it checked ASAP. (if steering wheel wobbles its a front tire.)
