Well code 352 is for a problem with the primary circuit for the coil which could be several things other than the coil itself. You would need a shop manual to get the testing procedures. There's no distributor, so it could involve the cam or crank sensor, the engine computer, or the wiring. Code 303 is for now power on cylinder 3 and 304 is no power on cylinder 4. In this case probably no spark.
Your mechanic did a good test by externally adding more fuel to the engine. The fact that the addition of the extra fuel to the engine changed the engines behavior would suggest he is on the right track.
