Fuse for signal lights and park lights do not have a book to show me where they are

first off many cars now have none, only BCM with power full transistor driver, sans relays,and are better by far.

THE BCM brain turns on relay 19 part master relay but needs fuse 45 to be good.
the turn signal park switch tells the BCM to enable PARK

the cluster is an object,(coin toss 1)
it has many warning lamps.,inside, CEL is top lamp to glow.
CEL glows engine can run.
most warning lamps glow, key on. you have NONE?
then the cluster has background lamps. that glow in park or headlamp on mode and have a dimmer, that can be set wrong.
in shop lacking the book or the online book
one has 2 choices. (look for blown fuses, (all) or test them (ALL)
lacking books, what other why can there be.

is JB 13 and 34 fuses. (or JB F9 ,park)
JB means cab box.

the cluster is a data monitor
that gets date from a network.
the park relay dead kills the cluster back ground illumination .

Viking here, There is a good chance that there is another fuse box under the hood. If you didn't locate a fuse for the lights it makes sense that the fuse is in another location. Look on the firewall, fender, for a box. Hope this helps you. Viking

Many vehicles employ bulbs with one and two filaments. Single filament bulbs are used for reverse lights, marker light, etc. Two filament bulbs have a heavier or thicker filament that produces a brighter light - typically for brakes or turn signal and a lighter or thinner filament that produces a dimmer light - ideal for "parking lights" (or other "always on" light). Chances are that the lamp that is lacking a parking light has a thin filament that has simply burned out. Any auto parts store should have a book or someone that can tell you the lamp you need based of your vehicle year, make and model.

your owners hand book will give exact details but usual parking lights are operated by the turn signal switch, when the ignition is OFF the turn signal switch is used to turn on the parking lights

one light is shorted. (or trailer wire hacks) "visual inspections!,"
or the module is bad.
if both sides are bad, seems bad module to me,
if all lights blink fully bright on hazard the lights should be good.

the module is just under the steering wheel , under those
plastic covers, the books shows simple access. to the combo
my book dont show module location
i use a rubber hose to my ear to find any relay, clicks.
if you find hazard click , (assuming it does) then same place
is the turn sigs.
its not in the fuse box, cab , i looked.

check park/tail fuse regarding dash ,park ,tail problem .brake light on passenger side is probably the brake globe needs replacing .Turn signals on passenger side could be globes or switch,check globes first ,if globes and fuse are ok ,may well be the switch especially if park switch and turn signals are on the same switch lever/stalk

see the diagram and fix it.Test the fuse,lose connection, dirty, corrosion, oxide.continuity.

check for faulty signal light flasher located under L/S dash. Separate flasher for hazard lights and signal lights.
