Relay switch for ac is not working in my 2003 L200

The fuse box you need is under the hood. Use the attached photo to find the one you need.

There is a micro switch in your trunk latch that turns that light on and off. If your trunk is securely latched and the light is on, either the switch needs cleaned or the latch needs replaced. You can try spraying it with a contact cleaner and seeing if it will start working.

There is a high and low side pressure switch that disconnects the power to the compressor clutch if the refrigerant charge is too high or too low.

There is a relay that powers the blower motor circuit . Left I/P fuse box , do you know where that is ? The relay is IGN 3 relay .

Does your car have Manual or automatic climate control ?

Replace indicator bulb in dash

Do all other windows work ? One relay powers all windows . If all others work possible switch , window motor or window regulator ! Test for battery voltage at the switch with a volt meter , then test at the motor ! 2002 Saturn L200 Window Regulator Repair Part 1 If I were a betting man I would bet the regulator is bad !

easy open the hood then startup car then turn on ac look at the compressor the middle wheel will be turning look at the center of the wheel the hole wheel should be moving

it will be more seals or a very hard to find leak in the evaporator core or condensor

check cooling fan operation while ac on.If fan is working proper,will probably have stuck exspantion valve.

The flasher for your turn signals is actually the hazzard switch on the dash with the red triangle.It is the hazzard swicth as well as the flasher relay!! Hope this helps
