Overdrive button on 1995 toyota camry does not work. Overdrive indicator flashes only but gear does not shift. also on the same car, speedometer only works when the speed is slow, speed above 100km/hour speedometer does not work at all?

What if the o/d light goes out and does not come on at all, regardless of the position of the o/d switch? I had the transmission checked for any error codes, and it was clear (no error codes at all). Howdy! I have a '95 Camry V6 and the O/D light went out completely (no matter which position the o/d switch is in). Had the transmission codes checked, and there were no errors. Does that mean the bulb simply went out?
If so, how tough is it to replace?
