SOURCE: 2005 sunfire pontiac frond door

It is likely the handle or rod came of the lock mechanism. YOu will have to remove all the screws in the door panel and then take a pry bar or huge flat-tipped screwdriver and pry the panel off the door. Then take a look inside to see what doesn't look right. You may see the rod hanging there or it may be lying on the bottom of the door. It should snap back in place, if it doesn't stay in place, then a new little plastic fastner will need to be installed to hold the rod in place.

SOURCE: where to check/put in transmission fluid in 2005 Pontiac Sunfire

I assume this is an automatic transmission, you didn't say.
There is no dip stick on the transmission any longer.
You will have to go under the car to check. You may want to go to your local instant oil change and have them check the level.
If you feel you want to check it, here is a description of the location and process.

Make certain the vehicle remains level while checking the fluid.
Located just above the top sealing flange of the transmission oil pan you will find a threaded plug. Remove the plug and see if transmission fluid drips out of the hole. If so, the fluid level is correct. If not, remove the red fill cap on top of the transmission, driver side. Add fluid to the transmission until fluid dribbles out of hole.
Replace and tighten the plug.
Good luck.

SOURCE: speedometer and tachometer stopped working

If the speedo isn't working properly, the first thing to check is the output speed sensor wires on the rear right side (near the bar code) of the tranny case. Follow the wires and make sure it hasn't been cut, pinched or shorted.
If all is well there, take the output speed sensor off. Watch out cause you'll get wet with tranny fluid (Dexron 6). (Be ready to plug it up.) If there are no metal chips or debris on the magnet inside, check it with an ohmeter on the two pins to see what the reading is. It should be around 6 to 10 ohms. If it's not steady, get a new one. Make sure the pins are clean on the connectors.
Apply some white or build grease around the shaft and "O" ring and re-install. Don't overtighten. The bolt is a "tap-tite" and should need only about 5 or 6 ft/lbs torque. (Run it in and give the bolt a quarter turn.)

It's not a PCV valve like back in the day . It's a fix orifice in the valve cover . Where the breather hose hooks to the valve cover . You would need to take the valve cover off an clean the orifice with carb clean or brake clean .

2005 Pontiac Sunfire is missing and lack the power (it wants to gain power but powers down (jumps)

I suspect you needto relace your coil pack. You are probably not running on all 4. the engine will run but only on 2 cylinders.
If missing replace coil pack. they go regularily on the 03/05 F style engines. You should be able to locate a good used one at a wreckers.

Trouble with my speedometer starting off at 60 or 100

Pretty common on the 03-05 Sunfire instrument clusters. It's caused by the stepper motors on the cluster circuit board going bad but it can be fixed. Check out this page for more about how to get it fixed - Sunfire speedometer fix
