The switching valve has gone bad forgot exactly what ford called it but it might be tank isolater what is does is block which ever tank that is not in use to prevent what is happening to you the valve is stuck in neutral position causing no restriction liquid follows path of least resistance cut front tank on pump pushes fuel out gets to valve and instead of going to engine and building pressure it just runs over in the rear tank path of least resistance this valve should be frame mounted some where between tanks have seen on rear crossmember to
