Check for manifold air leaks by spraying carby cleaner around .rev,s will rise if it has leaks from gaskets hoses ,check fuel pump relay resolder the joints inside the relay common proper.
most common is the fuel pump kill relay under dash on left side I believe. I think its under the coin tray. This was a common fail item. local honda dealer or possibly parts store will have it.
Carburetor on a 2002??? Do you mean throttle body? If you changed the throttle body to a different brand or size then your car's cpu should be reprogrammed.
i have an 1989 accord ,and i changed the fuel pump.1. take out the back set.2,there will be an acess panel under the set, take the screws out then you have 8 nuts to remove the pump.
