I installed an aftermarket radio in my 2004

Check all your fuses. It did blow a fuse. Since it is aftermarket the radio fuse may not be the fuse you need to check. Test all of them.

I changed the antifreeze/coolant on a lincoln aviator 2004 with 50/50 preston product. now it runs hot, why

There are two things that you need to look at, one is antifreeze type, many newer cars use a red antifreeze and it cools better than the green, Also, look for air bleeds, usually little fittings that look like a grease fitting, or brake bleeder screw, AND have heater(s) on full hot when filling the cooling system. Pressure test and look for any leaks.

My 2004 lincoln ls air conditioner is blowing hot air. The ac filter light is on and so is the check engine light. Please help. What could be the problem? Does the system just need to be charged?

Your issues can not be answered easily or definitively, as the LS is very complex and all electronic.
I would need the stored codes, that set the check light (MIL Light)
You can cycle the right dash display to ACFilter and Reset, with the top row of buttons,in center of dash. There is no sensor on the Cabin Filter. All the dash displays, are just reminders, you can set any way you want, % wise.

Possible issues--Fuses
-- Coolant control valve
--DATC module

You will need a really good Technician, not a general mechanic, to diagnose your problem
You need to put a professional scanner on it, to start any diagnostic work

My 2004 Aviator air conditioner is not cooling.

Where ever you take it they are going to do an AC service. That involves evacuating the system of any remaining freon, pulling a vacuum in the system, seeing if the system holds the vacuum, and then recharging the system with freon and adding some type of leak detector dye to the freon. That can run anywhere from $40 to $90, depending on where you live and the labor rates where you live. You can call around to the different shops in your area and ask how much they charge to do an AC service.

My advice is to take the car to a certified a/c specialist as there are several things that can cause your problem

Air conditioner blow heat out of the left dash vents

Get your ac filter replaced. My car did the same thing for a year until I figured out what the problem was.
