"within an aluminum like cylinder were plugs are located deposits of engine oil covering almost entirely the spark plug."
Those are the Spark Plug Wells you are referring to. I just had the same issue. It sounds like you need to replace the valve cover gasket and Spark Plug Well Gaskets. The entire kit including the gaskets and rubber o-rings for the bolts is about $50 Canadian. My mechanic quoted 1/2 hour labour. Plugs are about $16 for 4. I chose to change the seals myself, but unless you have th tools and the time and the chemicals already, I'd advise getting the job done professionally.

It is very unlikely the fuel filter needs to be replaced, have you checked the timing belt?
After several hours of having it towed from 20 miles away I started the car. It's running fine, moved car to a better spot in driveway. Haven't drive the car yet but starts without a problem. I'm still thinking the fuel filter might be the problem. Previous owner had car almost gas empty but started pretty much right away. Timing belt doesn't seem to be problem, no check engine light on and I still don't know where to start.

Update: Car started this morning normal, no problem. Decided check all spark plugs and noticed within an aluminum like cylinder were plugs are located deposits of engine oil covering almost entirely the spark plug. Found this on 1,2
Update, Spark plug well cylinders were not all the way down. I used a wide piece of wood to hammer down 3 of the wells. I don't see any more oil for now but will consider to change valve cover gasket and spark plug well gaskets. I already replaced spark plugs and wires. I still have the problem of intermittent engine dying. Checked computer codes displayed on odometer and refers me to crankshaft position sensor. Cleared codes and same problem with this sensor as soon as I can will replace it.
