Of course the circuit is the same for only two windows, just omit the rear circuits.
Also, an intermittant problem is usually in the wiring that is inside of the weather boot that is between the door and the body of the vehicle, and the best way to expose them is to remove the driver side kick panel and then you will be able to dis-connect the wire connectors to the wires that are coming in from the door and into the cab of the vehicle, one the wire connectors are all dis-connected then the weather boot can be removed from the body side and the wires pulled out from the cab, and then the weather boot can be pulled from the door and then slid off of the wires, and any broken wire(s) that you find should be soldered back together and use heat shrink tubing, and do not use wire connectors, also use the same gauge wire for any extensions that need to be made.
