You have a turn signal bulb that is not working which cause the fast flashing of the remaining bulb. Turn on the turn signals and get out and look and see which bulb it out. Replace that bulb.

If all the bulbs are working then the flasher relay needs replacing. It is either defective or someone has installed the wrong flasher relay.

fast flashing inside indicator lights usually mean a dodgy earth wire. start the car, put on the indicator, get out and have a look at what the outside lights are doing, check both sides. You may find the stop/tail light also flashes dimly with the indicator, if so then it is a dodgy earth wire, it may be touching another wire or be loose. check it out and get back to me. I am in the UK and I think our lights are a little different, but give it a go and see what happens

most blinkers uses relays, and when they flashes fast one light is out, but you replaced your burnt bulb might be a bad relay.

Have you removed the bulbs and checked them and the sockets for corrosion? Also make sure they are locked into place properly. Another thing is to check the flasher relays under your das by the fuse box to make sure they are properly seated.

1998 buick regal ls back blinkers flash real fast, front blinkers do nothing

The blink rate of the flashers is governed by the electrical load applied by the indicator bulbs themselves. If a bulb breaks or becomes disconnected the load drops and the blink rate increases as a result. Check out the wiring to the front indicators, the socket connections and the bulbs to ensure that they are working.

Blinkers not working

The buzzing sound is probably your relay. It is in your fuse panel and it is what controls how fast your blinkers flash. It is usually a round plastic thing in the fuse panel. and you replace it just as you would a fuse just pull the old one out and push the new one in
