Travis, this Mystique has sealed wheel bearings, you do not pack them with grease. You cannot even access the bearing. If you are not familiar with a car, you do not know if you are giving correct directions or not.
Wheel bearing don't have torque specs (to the best of my knowedge). They have a procedure - in this case it is....
1. With everything clean and packed with grease, snug the bearing lock nut until it stops.
2. Reverse it about 1/8th to 1/4 turn and insert the cotter pin.
