when you were installing the cigarette lighter you may have loosened a connector to these other functions so i'd retrace where i was working and try pushing together any wirng connectors you can see/reach,if still not working i'd change the indicator flasher relay ,let me know how you get on
On the 2002 GA the cigarette lighter is mini-fuse # 34. This is also referred to as the "accessory power outlets".It's a yellow twenty amp fuse located in the underhood fuse box. Open the box, find the fuse, remove it and replace it.In the fuse box under the hood, marked AUX PWR/CIGAR..... Its 20 amps.---------If you need the fuse location diagram and cigarette lighter wiring diagram ,then click the link below:---http://technoanswers.blogspot.com/2011/10/where-is-cigarette-lighter-fuse-located_10.html

This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
I dont happen to have one of those diagrams, but if you pull the fuses one by one and replace the burnt ones you should be able to 1.) Identify what item is on what circuit (for the most part) and 2.) solve your original problem with your cigarette lighter. Hope this gives you some direction. Thanks for Using FixYa!
The Fuse bank is located just under the steering wheel next to the park brake. The cover has a diagram on which fuse is for cigar It should be at least a 20 amp fuse. You can pull it out with a pair of needlenose pliers and replace with a new one.
