i would try and test if you even have power at the 3rd brake light. that way ... work, the circuit is working up to S348 splice where it splits to left/right/CHMSL. ... The seat switch is sensitive and may be wearing out. The alarm dings when there is weight in the seat but seat belt is not fastened. The turn may have closed the failing seat switch.
