I have Mitsubishi outlander 2003 , service engine check appers but the problem not clear till now, the consumbsion of fuell is too much and at the same time i smill very bad fuell from the external exoust , also when i open the fuell tank the engine stop working and at this timne i must try many times to go as normal , please advice what can i do , or what should must replace for this case , thanks in advance

Your problem is probably something pretty basic (like an oxygen sensor). If you go to the local auto store they will usually plug into your car with a code reader and tell you what you need to replace .
