Using oil with no visible leaks. No water in oil or oil in water and not down on power so head gasket should be ok. Not blowing smoke when hot or cold. Alot of oil blows out oil cap hole when cap is unscrewed, not sure if this is part of the problem but doesnt seem to be any blow by. i am at work so i dont have access to a compression tester and want your thoughts Regards Chris B

Some water is expected on low emission vehicles, It's from the oxidation process of the catalytic converter. What color smoke ? Blue - oil , black it's running rich . White - coolant , blown head gasket . You don't want to use stop leak ,it will plug radiator an heater core . Fix the problem right ! Take it to a ASE certified repair shop . Some people are just not meant to work on cars !

Possibly a head gasket. This usually causes the oil to go a bit milky, but not always. Check for any coolant leaks around the gasket as they are sometimes not immediately visible and coolant may not be dripping onto the ground. A faulty/blown head gasket will also cause the vehicle to blow white smoke, especially on startup.

If youre wondering about a blown head gasket or cracked head, smell your exhaust. If it smells like anti freeze then youre right. If not, you have a coolant leak and your car is burning oil from one reason or another. Check your oil also. Usually when head gasket goes bad you will get water in the oil. The oil will start getting creamy after a while....if it looks like it has water in it, it probably does.

General advice:U must track the leak .How much it takes to loose the coolant?.If the coolant shows under the car must identify the tubes clamps that need tighten or replace.If a radiator related problem need clean/solder/replace.If leaky water pump,replace.If no trace of coolant ceck the oil.If is color altered(milky)u have a head gasket ahead (with head revision)or a broken engine block/piston cyclinder.If the oil is ok,ceck the smoke:whity smoke means coolant in the pistons head.Again best guess:head gasket (can leak also in the intake manifold).Very rare coolant shows in some cars in the power stearing oil (!?) track the tubes.Tip:colored coolant (green...)is better visible in leaks.Tip:water coolant may show rusty spots where dissapearing (radiator,expansion deposit,pitched tube).Hope u deal it.Cheers.

the problem is vavle stem seals you would have to take the head off and replace the seals and all gaskets to the head gasket

One of the gaskets has blown at a point where the a water jacket is blowning into the cylinders but not mixing with an oil jacket on the heads. Try to use some Bars Leak and see if you can get it to seal and if not, their are also aluminum shavings mixed with sealer for some of the worse problems. If it seals you will then know that it will need a gasket replacement at some point

check if there is visible smoke coming out of the exhaust after using your car for like an hour. If there is visible smoke your car's engine is probably leaking oil from the inside. You need to have your engine rebuilt. If the theres no visible smoke, try to check if your car is loosing water from the water reservoir really fast. Also, check if your radiator fan is still okay.

White smoke is indicative of a leaking head gasket or cracked head.
The liquid enters the combustion chamber and is ignited with the gas - and the exhaust is water vapors.

(unless you drove through a puddle that splashed watyer onto the exhaust)

The head gasket/cracked head is most evident on startup.

If your coolant level goes down with no visible leaks - your problem is internal (head gasket failure or cracked cylinder head).

ok open your oil cap and see if its creamy inside there
if it is there is water getting into the head
caused by blown head gasket
if not just get back to me and ill find the other soulution
