PROBLEM COULD BE FAULTY FUEL PUMP OR IGNITION MODULE.CHECK FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE 41 - 47 PSI. IF NO FUEL PRESSURE TO LOW REPLACE FUEL FILTER.STILL LOW FUEL PUMP FAULTY.IF FUEL PUMP DONT RUN CHECK FUSE AND RELAY.IF FUSE RELAY GOOD PUMP BAD.IF FUEL SYSTEM OKAY USE A SPARK TESTER TO CHECK FOR SPARK AT SPARK PLUGS IF NOT CHECK IGNITION MODULE FUSE IF OKAY IGNITION MODULE COULD BE BAD.USE A CODE SCANNER TO CHECK FOR FAULT CODE IN PCM AND IGNITION MODULE.THIS SAVE YOU FROM SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY.
Fuel system works fine. No Spark at spark plugs from Info read it suggests a Crank Position sensor. How do you check that?

First question, did you clean the port or passage out or the cyl head where the valve mounts to, when the valve was taken off of the engine? 2nd question, did you replace the Vacuum transducer ( little black round valve, with a vacuum hose fitting) and the valve assy? After these items have been replaced, it usually needs to have the PCM (powertrain control module) reset with a scanner of some type.

try removing the egr valve and cleaning the inside with carburetor cleaner. try to get the valve to open and close like it was made to do. then reinstall and disconnect the battery for 10 mins. and try to star the car. hope this helps.

you may have flooded it, try removing the fuel filter and starting it, if it starts let it idle for a minute and then put the filter in. I hope this information helped. Be careful and drive safe!
