The humming sound apears to be the fuel pump working however, it may have water in the fuel or the distributer cap has moister in it or may need to be replaced. Hope this helps...
This could be a number of things...
Crank sensor, cam sensor, coil, PCM, spark control module, ect.
Start with the sparkplugs, make sure they are firing if not work your way back from there spark pligs, wires, coil, control module, cank and cam sensors, PCM this is what i would do if this rolled into my shop.
Sounds Like ya got it cross-wired, Its easy to do on a Dodge bc ya cant see the distributor cap.. esp if it was even running good before.. The firing Order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2.. Button rotates clockwise.. Hope this helps.. Ty
