2007 Navigator: Check Air Suspension message appeared and rear of vehicle sat very low (after about 3 hours). I found the 50 Amp fuse was blown. Initially, when I replaced it nothing happened. I then removed the fuse, disconnected the battery and let it set for about an hour. I replaced the fuse, reconnected the battery and the problem was solved.

How do I know if the suspension control module is bad in a 2005 lincoln navigator?

This is a very complicated and expensive system to maintain. I would strongly recommend doing a air suspension conversion on your Navigator and be done with the problem forever.

My air susp on 05 navigator is running but not lifting the truck it is sitting on the ground

I am sure you are not a dumb woman.
The parts on this site are for the '05 Navi.

The two shocks they show have a small "air bag" on them. When you hear the pump running they should be filling up with air.The line should be connected to all of them to fill each air bag.
Next time you try it, have either yourself or someone else stick their head near the bottom of the vehicle and listen for leaking air. So either one of those is damaged or the line has a problem.
These may help too?

2000 lincoln Navigator air suspension

There are level control sensors they look like little arms (with joints like your elbows) mountesd on lower control arms. They may be at fault they control the height and turn the pump off when the height is reached. try adjust height first before you replace, they can be adjusted. Good Luck
