You're getting to much fuel or one of your cylinders isn't burning the fuel which is allowing it to be passed into your exhaust. I would check to make sure all of your plugs are firing and then go to the carb or throttle body. Without knowing if anyone has messed with your adjustment screws for fuel delivery, I really can't tell you what the problem with your carb would be.

What is wrong with My Lexus LS 400, reverse gear was burnt but was fixed. After repairs it started consuming much fuel, raw fuel comes out of the exhaust, the oil was changed it was mixed with Fuel.

You really need this fixed fast for if you have raw fuel coming from your exhaust your catalytic converters must not be working. If they were working they would be running a extremely high temperatures and be a fire hazard.
You most likely have damaged exhaust valves causing this problem, a compression test will confirm if this is the case. The other possible causes are bad injectors, coils, spark plugs and ignition timing.

Back fire

CHECK YOUR TIMING / PLUGS / PLUG WIRES / CAP N ROTOR / ALSO CHECK THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AS WELL BECAUSE IT MIGHT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WITH THE OXYGEN SENSOR & AN EXHAUST PIPPING LEAK SOME WHERE ALONG IT.THERE MAY ALSO BE A BAD GROUND WIRE SOMEWHERE THAT MIGHT BE CAUSING AN ISSUE WITH IT BACK FIRING AS WELL.YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THE GAS YOUR BUYING FOR IT AS WELL & ALSO USE A GAS TREATMENT THAT WILL CLEAN YOUR FUEL SYSTEM AS WELL.IF YOU STILL CAN'T GET IT RESOLVED TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE A FULL CHECK OUT OF THE VEHICLE TO FIND THE EXACT CAUSE OF YOUR ISSUE.

Rough idle 95 astro van, I did a full tune up , plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, and fuel filter and cleaned egr vavle.

I actually had to replace my EGR valve and the gasket. I clean the valve well and reused both. I don't think the gasket sealed well enough though. So I went ahead and got a new valve, gasket and changed them. It runs a lot smoother now.

My 95 7.3 turbo runs and idels good no miss but something is holdeing it back when u push the gas I have changed the fule filter and air

Here is what my Haynes Diesel Engine Repair Manual says for a noticeable lack of power, which is what you are describing.
1. Blocked air intake
2.Incorrectly adjusted timing
3.Blocked or damaged exhaust system
4.Obstruction in fuel filter
5.Blocked fuel tank vacuum vent in fuel cap
6.Insufficient fuel supply from tank to injector pump
7.Obstruction in fuel tank filter
8. Pinched or restricted fuel return line
9. Incorrect or contaminated fuel
10.External compression leaks ( glow plugs or injectors)
11. Obstruction in injector nozzles
12.Low compression
This book has an excellent diagnosis and repair section for your engine. It's Haynes part #10330 and costs about $20. Hope this helps.

I have an escort zx2-2001 engine that it takes me two tries to start especially when on hills. When it does start there is alot of raw fuel smell emiited from the exhaust. Ive changed the fuel filter,...

If you're smelling unburnt gasoline, then it sounds like you're not getting fire to all cylinders. Not sure if your car has coil paks or distributor, but which ever it has, I would check to make sure all cylinders are firing. You can do this by starting the engine and pulling the wires off the coil paks/distributor one at a time. Listen and watch for any change or variation in the running of the motor. If it trys to die out then that plug is getting fire. If nothing changes in the way the motor runs, then it's a good possibility that that cylinder isn't firing. Hope this helps.
