I've got a 1994 mercedes c220 that has problems shifting from 2nd to 3rd when I first start the car. After a five or ten minutes, it'll shift fine. When the car is first started, it will only shift from 2nd to 3rd at around 3500 rpms. Sometimes, it won't even shift and will just act like I threw it in neutral and hit the accelerator. The transmission has been rebuilt 10,000 miles ago. What else should be checked?

Sounds to be a loose or corroded wire/s at either starter motor or at battery fusible links.
Also check the earth strap (Cable) between engine and bodywork.

What you need to check is the transmission release bearing because if there is a clearance on the release bearing you will encounter this problem and also check the transmission oil.

This can not be reset by conventional methods. This must be done through a scan tool. Usually only the dealer scan tool will communicate with the SRS module. If the SRS light is on you have other issues and they must be remedied before the light will go out. There is no way of knowing what the issue is without running codes with the scan tool.
