Put new spark plugs and gas filter on 99 kia sportage, now spits and sputters way worse now , wtf.??

fuel filter may be on backwards, restricting fuel flow, if not that check that the spark plug wires are on in correct firing order, as well as the spark plug gap. (spark plugs are not always gapped for the particular application from the factory due to the multiple array of applications a particular plug can be used for)

Jeep wont start i have fuel and compression but cant tell if i have spark, whats wrong

Pull a spark plug wire off a spark plug, insert a screwdriver into the plug and replicate a spark plug gap using the screwdriver against the valve cover or something that has a ground connection. Have someone crank the engine over while you check for an arc with your simulated spark plug/screwdriver.

Cant get spark plugs out of my 1996 Mazda Protege, I have a 5/8 socket and and extension that is long enough, but for some reason it wont grab the spark plug, is there a special wrentch for this model. My...

your spark plug wires have a rubber boot on the end of them and some times they come off and stay on the spark plug to where you can't get the socket on the plug. If you have oil on your plug wires than you need to replace the valve covers. You can use a long thin screw driver to get the boots off the plugs. It may take some time but they will come off.
