I have a 1998 Plymouth Voyager van that I changed the ignition switch and now the dash lights won't go off.

Is the headlight switch in the steering column? If so you may want to take the covers off the column if you had them off earlier and look and see if you pinched a wire or put a screw in a wire. It sounds like you my have done something when you replaced the switch

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

Where is the brake booster located on the 93 grand voyager. I looked at the part on line but dont see it anywhere near the master cylinder

If your van has Antilock brakes it does not have a vacum booster.
I have the same van and the brake system is a bad design.
A 93 Plymouth/Dodge with antilock brake system and no vaccum booster but a pressure tank then it has a lifetime warrenty. Check with your local Chrysler/Dodge dealership. But first go online and get the tech sheet or recall notice.

Takes several ''cranks'' to start van

your ignition switch might be worn or the ignition circuit might have build up resistance due to age. Some cars refuse to start when these things happen. The fix for this is a new electrical part of the ignition switch.

Good Luck
