2007 Honda Accord -- Driver side low beam headlight is not working after replacing the bulb and its fuse with new ones. I then confirmed they were operational by placing them (bulb and fuse) on the driver side. Finally, I checked the wiring and the bulb connector, but they appear intact. What else could be the cause?

SOURCE: DRL and High Beam do not work right on Honda Accord EX 1998

Some time back I found some data on a similar website suggesting that the Day Light Running circuit board, just under the steering column, developed cracks in some of the soldered joints. Your high beams should also be affected with loss of day light running lights.
Resoldering repaired the continuity of the circuits. Ours is now working quite reliably. Some of the defective areas developed slight brownish discoloration, that's how I was told to recognise the areas to be resoldered. Hope this will help you solve your problem.

SOURCE: 2007 Forrester - headlight bulb good but not lighting

You will need to look at the plug for the headlight. If it looks good, I would look for the headlight low beam fuse.

SOURCE: is the low beam headlight bulb difficult to

I just replaced both low beam headlight bulbs on my 2005 Honda Accord. After reading the owner's manual and trying to remove the wheel well inserts (and breaking a couple of those clips in the process), I gave up on that approach and was able to change the passenger side and driver side low beam bulbs from the engine compartment under the hood. On the passenger side, fit your arm between the front of the car and the hose that is above the headlight. You should be able to reach the bulb, disconnect the electrical connection, turn the bulb 45 degrees counterclockwise to remove it, insert the new bulb turning it 45 degrees clockwise to secure it in the hole (be careful not to touch the bulb), and reconnect the electrical connection. I loosened the 3 screws that secure the bulb to make it easier to put in the new one, but that probably isn't necessary. My hand was scraped a bit doing this, but it was not too bad. On the driver side, remove the battery hold-down clamp (there is no need to disconnect the battery connections). Reach into the fender (shine a light there so you can see the bulb connection) and you should be able to reach the bulb and replace it similarly to the other bulb. You may have to move the battery slightly to get your arm in there. Replace the battery hold down clamp when you're done. I accidentally dropped the old bulb in the wheel well, but other than that it went pretty smoothly. Good luck.

2006 honda accord passenger side, low beam out, replaced bulb, check all fuses, all other headlights fine

There are two fuses that must both be good for the passenger low beam to work. Fuse 4 and fuse 6. If they're good, you should see battery voltage on the red/green wire in the bulb socket.

Honda accord keep burning low beam headlights

Sounds to me like you need to reset the headlight housings... maybe they are vibrating very badly. ... OR, easy fix, get NEW headlight housings on EBay and install.

One high beam works one doesn't, gauge cluster does not light up

you say you replaced both bulbs, you mean right and left or both the high beam and the low beam on left side?could be a bad ground for the left headlight. there should be some ground wires there near the headlight, LF corner under hood. without a wiring diagram here at home,I am not much help.
