Good Evening, I would hope it is the belt or the alternator first because the belt tensioner is a bear to replace. I would recommend taking a better look at your belts first 80% of squeaking and squealing are from dirty, and old belts. And while you are changing it out you can spin each pulley by hand and see if there is one specifically making noise and go from there. Hope this helps.
