The system cannot be disabled it has to be programmed out of the computer and there are only a handfull of people that can do it , your best bet is to check all your fuses and get it fixed the right way
there is no separate anti theft module, it is part of the PCM which is the main computer in the van that runs the engine and emission system as well as the PATS (Passive Anti Theft)
