2003 honda accord, the air conditioning panel won't switch modes. It just blows out the regular fans but I can't change to a different mode such as defrost, top fans and feet fans. Everything seems to light up when i press the button on the panel and it is able to go from cold to hot perfectly fine.

this means that your a/c has a leak somewhere in it....or the a/c compressor has gone bad.....you can check the a/c charge with a guage you can pick up at your local automotive store. if the charge is good then chances are that your a/c compressor is bad....kindof a costly fix.

I ad this problem fixed and it cost $35. Apparently, this happens when the Freon level is low for some reason. They refilled the Freon and now I have AC on both sides. Don't forget to replace the internal filter in the glove box.

This is a common problem when the AC system has a low charge.
If this is the case, you have a leak somewhere. Do not try to fix it yourself without the proper equipment.

Air condition and fan dont work

If all fuses are ok then check wiring to fan and compressor both, if wiring is also ok and current is passed till the terminals then you have two problems, one the magnet forming coil on the compressor head is burnt, you have to replace or get it repaired. second your fan itself needs checking.

No heat. Fan blows cold air.

I think u may have an air temperature control blend door problem, the door is moved by a small electric motor, it is stuck in the cold position.

Front vents don't want to blow air - new battery

Changing the blower motor resistor will solve the problem of the unchanging fan speeds and the blower motor having power when the ignition is turned to the off position. Beware that there are three different kinds of blower motor resistors. There is a manual, automatic, and a digital that in appearance is greatly different from the first two. The blower motor resistor is located on the passenger side below and behind the glove box. The kick-plate under the glove box will need to be removed by two screws and wha-la, behold is the motor and resistor.
