If it is like the sensor on my Jeep 2.8. it is built into the fuel filter. I'm guessing because I'm not familiar with your vehicle since we don't have them in the US to my knowledge. If so I've never had the opportunity to see one.
If you are getting a message about water, you might be able to flush that water with a diesel fuel conditioner. Make certain it claims to remove water. I use it on my Jeep frequently to prevent water from collecting in the fuel system as it sometimes sits for four days without being driven.
You might be due for a new filter anyway, so give that a thought.
its mounted to top of fuel tank , I just looked it up at auto zone library ,you can too ,it gives directions ,just go to AZ site log in and list your vehicle, and go to repair help then to fuel system. its all free and no spam . good luck.

Commonly the fuel filter is in the tank and is good for 100k miles. You can call your local part store for a fuel filter listing but they will probably tell you that there isn't one.
