If this is an older csr chances are the hinge pin bushins are worn, you can check this by trying to lift the door at the rear of it. You can obtain new pins at yoyr loc as l parts store.
Hmmm... If like other cars, you would normally adjust the striker post on the B-pillar. Unless the hinge pins are worn, in which case the door would drop, and need lifting as you closed it, to allow the lock to align. The pins are usually replacable.
Some local auto parts have replacement door/hinge pin-kits for Ford products. (If not order from your local Ford dealer) The pins may need heated with a torch and driven out with a long spline pin punch. You might want to get a mechanic to do this for you.
Which door is it ? If it is a front door, then it may be the hinge pin bushing that needs replacing. These can be bought at any auto parts store. Get the pin and bushing set because the hinge pin will need to be ground off to remove it. Press the new bushings in with pliers and insert the new pin from the top
