I wont say its not the fuse box but not likley low charge bad low pressure sencer relay under hood or if it is fuse box bypass it make sure to use a inline fusethe same amp as the fuse box

If the temperature control is on cool....sounds like you have other problems with AC. ( compressor not working, needs R134,) Check under the hood for a box that has fuses in it, their are also relays in it. Look for the relay marked AC.
You may need a mechanic for this. There is a 40amp fuse for the blower in the fuse box under the hood. There is also a blower relay. But you also have fuses and components for the automatic climate control which turns the blower on and off.

A radiator temperature-sensing switch that activates the fan relay at 198 degrees F turns the fan on and controls its operation. The temperature drops when the vehicle is in motion and the switch turns the fan off. When the air conditioning system is in operation, the air conditioning relay supplies power to the fan relay via a fan diode downstream from the ignition switch. You'll need to check all fuses under dash as well as under hood in fuse/relay box, as one may be blown. Then get back to us if you check them all & are good but still have problem.
